I could probably disassemble and reassemble the carb by now! Float is set right per the manual. I cannot find anything wrong with the carb. I have no vacuum leaks and it runs like a top when I block off the intake. I don’t know what else to do. Ignore the spec and lower the float? Rebuild with another new kit?
