| | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,832 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,832 | I'm 85 so I have little use for our 2 post lift but it is a great body and bed lifter. The truck is backed in to where one set of arms can be attached to the front and the other set to the rear. Lift and drive out from under bed. Sometimes we remove wheels and put truck on skates if lift not high enough. For big trucks we spread the forks on the fork lift and can raise bed high enough to drive a semi under it with exhaust stacks in place. Have special made brackets that fit lift arms for Model A's or others with tall running board splash aprons. Especially like 2 post lift for setting body back on frame as it cam be worked a millimeter at a time.
