I recently ordered and received a fuel pressure gage for my truck from Speedway. Its an Aeromotive liquid filled gage, better quality higher cost than most. The gage as received was defective, as the needle pointed to way less than zero before I even opened the package. I opened the box and relieved any built up pressure in the gage case but it still showed well below zero, obviously a defective gage. I emailed Speedway about the problem along with photos, and within 5 minutes I had a response and within 15 minutes they sent another email indicating they would send a replacement gage and no they did not want the bad one back.
This is how customer service is supposed to work and I have had similar experience with both Summit and Speedway. These are good companies.

By the way, the Speedway museum in Lincoln is a must see if you are ever in the Lincoln Nebraska area. A very impressive collection of old racing cars, engines, and hot rods.
