If the pedal goes down very little it,s doutful there is any more air in the system although there is a bleeder valve on the booster. If every thing is hooked up right & it still doesn,t work you must have gotten a bad booster. Make shure the port for air to go in the booster is open. It seems they had a hose that ran into the cab with a filter on the end.
