So glad you are putting this out there. YES, there is interest...Dad and I are in! You know we are up for a good Stovebolt gathering even if it's international!
My initial thought would be to vote for the weekend of May 6th-7th. (Possibly travel in Thursday the 4th with travel home on Sunday the 7th)
Between personal and work commitments, Mid to late May gets busy here.
--Mother's Day Sunday May14th
--Indy 500 Qualifying May 20th-21st
--Indy 500 Sunday May 28th
--Memorial Day May 29th
