Your tow bar is probably stout enough. Provided your attachement is good, the remaining question is what are you towing it with?
My primary concern is does your tow vehicle have adequate brakes to top it?
If you are planning to tow with a 1/2-ton pickup you could easily get into trouble. If you have a dually pickup rated to pull 10,000 plus it still may be marginal when it comes to brakes.
I don't know the rules in Ohio. In some states the law says if the load weighs more than some fraction of the tow vehicle brakes are required on the load.
