55shaker My 235 came to me with a bearing noise that oil pressure would shut it up. Put in -.002 rod bearings in the truck,old ones dark not out. I knew this wasn't the trouble,gasket stayed on the block,put the pan back on ran a few months. -.002 mains appeared for 40$$ pulled the pan rolled in -.002's fixed it !! Now keeps 30 lb. gauge pegged summer and winter. Itmostly changes it's own oil from leaks and use,straight propane burner doesn't suffer with sludge,oil stays like new about 11'000 miles by now is fine.
