My supplier custom wound bulk TP into a cartridge that fit a LuberFiner 750 canister. It was about 6" in diameter and a foot long. IIRC, we changed filter elements on a 6 month rotation, about 30K to 50K miles. It took about a 1-gallon fresh oil top off with new oil in a 10 gallon capacity system.
