I have been researching the DOT/NHTSA requirements for use of a "Third Bake Light". I am wanting to incorporate a light assembly on the beltline just below the rear window on my 59' cab. The placement of this would put the light above the front bed panel and centered on the back of the cab.

So far I have found nothing that stipulates placement or a minimum height or size requirement. The state of Ga. follows the DOT guidelines and only stipulates that the light must be steady and cannot flash or pulse. Does anyone have any additional information that I could reference?
