I’d check with local authorities before installing any flashing lights on any vehicle. Might get arrested for impersonating an officer. I’d guess a high traffic intersection full of flashing brake lights would get very distracting.
It’s illegal in many states to drive with 4-way flashers on because they are supposed to designate a parked vehicle in distress.
