Crazy thought...

Put it on a train.

The size and weight problems go away. It would be slow, and I've no idea what the cost would end up being, but train freight is cheap compared to most options.

You might have to fly to the other end to manage getting it transported to a train depot and then loaded, but hey, its another option...

Otherwise I'd say pretty much the same as 4.3 did.
