OP’s rim cannot be the wk-4 because the outer side bead rim is not that rolled metal shape It’s a flat surface next to the lock ring and not folded over rounded front view as the Kelsey-Hayes which looks like a nicely curved round pipe from the front view
I put some color on it attached Yellow is the split lock ring Blue is the main back part of the rim Red is the continuous outer front bead ring and it’s flat faced not curved -s
