Not a widow maker. It's just a simple 2 piece rim with a non-split ring. A slide hammer (or tire hammer) knocks the bead down. The ring is pushed below the lip and then you take your tire bar, put it in that little slot and pry the ring over the lip of the rim. I used to find more of those on old trailers than I did vehicles. The widow maker was more of two half rims that locked in the middle. I think I've busted more multi piece rims when I was a younger man, than I care to talk about. At least my back doesn't like remembering.
