Pulling the entire cab with the front clip attached will put a lot of stress on the fenders. If it were me I'd remove the front clip and then lift the cab off.

The clip is attached at the firewall via bolts at the top and bottom of the fenders, at the inner fender/firewall and under the core support...as long as you can get at the bolts it's pretty easy.

Also, if your truck is a COE than it's a 5000 Series...the 4000 and 6000 Series are conventional cabs.
