Hard to tell from your pictures of the cam lobe whether it's worn out or not. It does show some wear, but you can't see the top of the lobe (assuming each of the 3 pictures were taken at different camshaft positions.) You'd need to see if the lobe would make an item (screwdriver?) move up and down when cranking the engine over by hand.
