Are they stud piloted? If so it is till a common nut in the trucking industry. The Euclid number is E-5652-L. This is a current number and can be crossed over to other brands.

To chase the threads, buy an extra nut and split it to use it for a thread chaser. Or you can buy a thread chaser.

Stud piloted wheels have been almost obsolete for 25 years, but they can still be serviced.

I can't tell that well from the picture what you have. If your nuts have a taper on it like the one shown it is stud piloted.
