| | | | Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 3,595 Moderator | | Moderator Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 3,595 | Another rough way just to double check the thread pitch, is to take a good machinist rule or a good tape measure and count the number of threads in one inch. Dial calipers are real handy around a shop as Jerry said and a thread pitch gage will tell you for sure the threads per inch.
