A simpler, less cholesterol-unfriendly method is to find a threading tap that will engage the ID of the bushing and simply screw it in with a crescent wrench. when the tap bottoms in the crankshaft counterbore, keep turning. The bushing will climb the thread and come out with virtually no mess. It's not like you're going to worry about damaging the bushing, right?
