On my 1954 3604 (3/4 ton), there are two mounts. The FAM I have covers the radiator mounting in section 11, sheets 2.11 and 2.12. 52 Carl is correct as the FAM shows center mounting on the 3800,4000, 5000, and 6000 models . I do not know if your cross member is the same as mine is, but it also has slotted holes in the center that appear to be for center mount if applicable. I've attached a picture looking up from the bottom of the cross member on my 1954 3/4 ton and top view prior to installing radiator support
