There was no gasket ever called for under the insulator. You can put one there if you want to.
The simplest answer as to which gasket to use under the carburetor, is to use the ones which has slots which line up with the holes in the carburetor and the insulator. If neither of your gaskets have slots which line up, you can carve a new slot with an exacto knife.
