I'm in the prosses of replacing my rear shocks on my 62 one ton . my current shocks are 21 in. full extended which is roughly the distance between mounting bolts
when suspension is hung with shocks removed . So far I've been only able to find shocks to fit that are 19 in. long .
Would this damage the shocks if the suspension hangs on the shocks when jacked up .
The collapsed length is fine .
