Pick your favorite parts vendor and get an adjustable fuel regulator to bring the pressure down.

Alternatively, a *lot* of the injection fuel pumps are flow-through style. This means that fuel can still be drawn through them when they are powered off. If the pump you get is that style, you can just not hook it up and keep using the mechanical pump on the engine (or put in a carb-pressure electric pump).
