I've pulled the valve cover and found the pushrod for cylinder #2 exhaust (I believe it's exhaust -- 4th pushrod from the front of the engine) sitting at an angle, not engaged with the rocker arm. There doesn't appear to be any damage to it. It looks straight and neither end is chewed up. Thoughts about causes and my next move?
