The won’t accelerate above idle can be both fuel and spark related. Since you have addressed the ignition points the other thing to check is the vacuum advance. It must be free to move and it must move when accelerating. After setting 10 years the Carburetor is going to need a refresh. The accelerator pump needs replacing and all the holes, nooks and crannies must be clean. My guess, is going to be a Carburetor issue. Get it squeaky clean and all will be good.
