Martin, I guess I mis-read the GTT description at top of GTT page. I stand corrected.
I think where I live, a bonded title, which is just an insurance policy, needs to survive 3 years without a challenge before you get a real title. Not sure. I think you may need an appraisal as Kevin mentioned so they know the value of the "policy"?
