I just use the truck for light use. It is not a show truck, but gets plenty of attention on the road as well as swaps meets, etc. No performance really needed. According to my transmission buddy, the 3-Ring 4-Speed is the weakest, the 2-Ring much stronger (plenty good enough for me) and I believe he said the 1-Ring is the strongest.
Appreciate the suggestions, but a TH350 would be out of the question. I've been shifting gears for 51 years straight and can't change now. Everything I own has a Clutch Pedal, lol.
