Since I'm expecting to get a noticeable compression increase on the long stroke "216" I'm building, I plan to use studs instead of head bolts, and possibly a solid copper shim head gasket like the alcohol fueled blower engines use. I'll probably have to make my own gasket, by using a conventional one as a template.
