Which ends up at the same question -- is the 2 barrel a better choice or is the 4 barrel the better chouice?
Is cheesecake better than blueberry cobler??? How about apple pie???
It is a question that each individual will answer themselves; there is no correct answer.
A bit more information: Carter published CFM rating on ONE, and only one WCFB 4-barrel; the 2493s "race only" carburetor for 1956 Chevrolet 283. It was rated at 380 CFM.
Repeating a sentence from my first post in this thread: "I ran a 400 CFM genuine Carter AFB with the Offy intake on a street 300 CID 6-cylinder, and it was more than necessary."
