You can adjust the accelerator rod by the bell-crank on the block. Should be the spot you attach the rod to the bell-crank with a nut on each side. Just loosen one side or the other to achieve the right pedal height. Assuming we are talking about a 235.
What engine are you working on? A 57 235 in my 52 added Fenton headers
