I know I asked this question 5 years ago and do appreciate the responses, At the time I asked the transmission was working very well and I didn't want to remove it just for the
speedometer. Well I have the transmission removed because #9 in
this diagram has busted and I have no second or third gear. Since I have the trans torn down I thought I would make the speedometer functional.
What would be the best material to make this part from?
