i bought a 54 3100. The previous owner had put chromed wheels on it with baby moon hubcaps. i got the original wheels and hubcaps. did they come out with chromed hubcaps or were they painted? If painted what color?the hucaps i have are painted and rusty. i can clean them up and repaint. The only ones i see from veners are chrome. Thanks
