. . Us "boomers" are the only ones left who actually do any manual labor! I'm sorely tempred to mis-spell "manual", but the PC Patrol is watching, and Cartman would probably rap my knuckles!

The most reliable labor around us is the "manuel" labor. (and, the price is right). I tip them, and, they still are a good choice.
