Gauges looking good! And nice work on the speedo needle shaft repair.
The cup on your speedo may need to be remagnetized. I think it takes a strong magnet (one of the new rare earth magnets to do it).
[on edit] I just noticed the fender you have the speedo sitting on. Your truck and mine could have been twins. Omaha Orange with a light blue paint job over the top.
Here's mine with it's original clothes on. Except for the hood, the pieces are primer grey now.
