Pre ‘68 Dave:
Yes, the engine is a 1959 261.
The pin is in. I have a full flow filter and installed it today. Engine is on a test block.
Started engine. Oil now flowing out of all rod bearings and cam bearing as well as
the small tube curving over the rock arm shaft.
Installing the full flow oil filter did the trick.
