Wow bouymaker thank you for the info! So this being a California truck, that make total sense but if it’s a add on by California for emission control I should be able to remove the fitting from the valve cover and be back to normal? The main reason I’m addressing this is the opening in the valve cover is located directly below the cowl vent. Whatever comes out the cowl vent goes directly into the opening in the valve cover. So I either need to remove the opening or put a hose connecting it to where it should go. What your opinion?
