So I’m kind of highjacking this as my sm420 acts up like this. I can’t shift OUT of 3rd most of the time with the clutch. I have to have my revs just right, pull it out of gear with no clutch, downshift and carry on. It goes into 3rd beautifully, always. I’m guessing now I have a bad synchronizer? I thought it wouldn’t affect shifting out of a gear, just into a gear. I want to make it easier for others to enjoy the truck.
