Forgive me for being blunt, but it's time. I hoped to avoid the big long rambling answer and story again.
What you have done to investigate is not what I asked. I also must ignore your assessments so I can think on my own with pointed questions. I wanted to start with questions 1 and 2. They are the beginning of how I can help. Just need those answers to get me started. Lets try it again. Short, sweet and make sure you answer the two initial questions accurately. You don't know where I'm going yet and either do I. So don't guess.

1. How are you testing what you call a "draw" ? with what meter? set to what? Test probes touching what? Be specific so I don't have to ask a million questions. 2. Using ONLY a known good regular incandescent bulb, what is the problem with the dome light? Let's stick with the dome light issue first because it is so easy.
