Yes, from the doors back, other than the crossmember for the torsion bars, the frames are identical. I don't see why you couldn't splice tham together to make the length you need. Do be advised, though, that if the 4x4 truck is a ZR2, the ride hight is much higher due to the factory lift. Swapping in the 2wd springs is advisable.
