Unless I go way deeper in to the truck than I want to, there is no access to the back side of the panel in that area.
I'll be using a small mig machine. I used it on my 36 international cab and fenders. I'm not a good welder, but I can surely wear out a grinder!
I'm also considering using a roll on bed liner under the trim as well then painting it the same color as the rest of the body (white at this time).
