If the NAPA trail that Jerry mentioned runs cold, there may be more options.
Your 2 ton rear axle shares some parts with my military truck drivetrain. Perhaps that rear nut retainer lock is the same. If so, I may have some other sources. Do you have a part number? A measurement of the inside diameter may help as well. A picture would be worth a thousand words.
