OK, its a little hard to explain.
The rod that comes out of the original zylinder has a y - shaped joint that is screwed on the end of the rod. The brakearm is mounted right in the middle of that y-shape joint and a "bolt" goes through it to hold the two together. Hope that makes more sence and sorry my bad english
