I really like this idea. I have tried both sizes of weatherstrip that Steele sells for the 59 and have bad wind noise with both. I frequently drive interstates and turnpike at 70-80 and its a real problem. I will be checking out this solution. Thank you for the information.

These seals are differently worth a try. I had forgot about the seals on my doors until I saw your post as I've been busy on other projects. I went out and inspected both doors and all looks good. I've had the truck out about a dozen time and it's been in the low 90's here so everything seems just as tight and holding good as the day I installed them. Wish I could remember who it was that lead me in this direction on what seals to use. He deserves all the credit on this one.
