"Run it like you stole it"- - - - -frequently. That's condensation that builds up in the exhaust system because the pipes don't get up to running temperature often enough. The "smoke" is steam. The entire exhaust system, pipes and muffler, need to get hot enough to evaporate the condensation away that's a normal byproduct of burning a hydrocarbon fuel. Hydrogen + Oxygen = Water!
