I posted in the general discussion forum but so far no response so I thought maybe someone here has experience with this. I bought a key lock and added it to the drivers door on my 49. There seems to be an important part missing from the internal door latch mechanism as the keylock does not lock or unlock the door. I looked at the passenger lock and there appears to be another piece on it that is not on the drivers lock. Has anyone done this and can enlighten me on what they did to make it work? Thanks.
