#13594 09/21/2002 10:46 AM | Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,897 Member | | Member Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,897 | One more thing, you will want to use some brake cleaner and clean the threads of the bolts that hold the flange onto the differential body and put some sealer on them to prevent oil from leaking around the threads.I believe you will have to remove the flange after removing the yoke(be sure to check the yoke seal ride surface for smoothness or your new seal will start leaking soon).The flange is held on with 5 bolts.
