Most good quality speedy sleeve kits come with a small vial of red LocTite and a driver included in the kit that helps lock the sleeve to the surface and assure that it's leakproof. Red LocTite has to be heated to 500+ degrees F. before it breaks its bond, so there's no danger of it coming loose on a stovebolt crankshaft hub.
