those are very low readings. It looks like you have some ring wear, but all old engines do. If I had to guess, i would say you have a valve problem on #1 and the head gasket leaks between 5 & 6...
as Ed says, you can tap on the valve stems to make sure they're free. Then unfortunately you are looking at pulling the head - It won't run with compression that low.
