| | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | Clark - there's nothing you'll put in that can't be handled by the stock rad - works fine for my 283, with 327's I've had, and the 350 my buddy's got in his 56 panel - the V8 is too far back from the rad, so if you can't shift the rad position the way GM did with a V8, you'll need a shroud
your alternative is to measure things up and head to a wreckers to find something close, but keep in mind that the OEM rad core support is what holds the front sheet metal together in alignment and mounts it to the front of the frame
