I just went to Master Power Brakes web site and there is the information I'm looking for.

The rear brake line goes to the port closest to the mount of the master cylinder. The front brake line goes to the port furtherest from the mount of the master cylinder.

bigbadswingdaddy - I don't know the answer to your question. Maybe someone can explain.
