Oh yeah, I also own (and often carry on long trips in all vehicles) a high-power portable 12vDC/120vAC/USB portable power station/supply.
It cost a lot, but it has proven to be useful on old truck trips, camping trips, parties on the beach, and jump-starting cars/trucks with dying batteries.
